For those of you who have some natural teeth remaining, we will need to get a general dentist to take a look and check that your teeth are sound, stable and able to support or oppose a denture. We can organise this for you at no extra cost.

Should you have your own dentist that is happy to provide a referral for you, then we can provide you with a form for them to complete. 

If you are a dentist and wish to refer a patient,  you can fill out the form on the 'Contact Us' page and provide us with information regarding the patient and we can contact them direct.
